Age Restriction — 21+ Only: Access to and participation in real-money gaming on the 08jl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 08jl Platform. The opening of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the purpose. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 08jl reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account and to void any bonuses, winnings, or transactions associated with duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 08jl account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) generated for your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify 08jl immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. 08jl will take reasonable steps to assist you upon verified notification; however, 08jl shall not be liable for any losses suffered by you as a result of unauthorized account access that occurs prior to such notification.
08jl will never ask you for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 08jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 08jl support immediately.
08jl is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and may include proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.
All financial transactions on the 08jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing by the selected payment method.
08jl supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed on the cashier page within your 08jl account. No transaction fees are charged by 08jl on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.

08jl does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All funds deposited into your 08jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal of real-money funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements attached to an active bonus have been satisfied. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 08jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 08jl and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including any loss of winnings, data, business, or goodwill.
08jl makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, virus-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 08jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If the investigation confirms a material breach, balances associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. In all other cases, legitimate account balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 08jl support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days provided all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
08jl operates in alignment with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
08jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Such modifications become effective upon publication on the Platform. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification where practicable.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
The date on which these Terms were most recently updated is displayed at the top of this page. The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
